BYBUSI SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ByBusi. We aim to make your order and delivery experience as smooth as possible.

1. WHERE WE DELIVER

ByBusi delivers to addresses within South Africa using selected courier or delivery services.

Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are correct.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful payment has been received and confirmed.

Please allow reasonable processing time before your order is handed over to the courier.

During busy periods, promotions, weekends and public holidays, processing may take longer.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery location and the courier service used.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details or circumstances outside our control.

4. DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where a free-delivery promotion is offered, the applicable promotional terms will apply.

5. TRACKING

Where a tracking number is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for checking their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

6. FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you realise that your delivery information is incorrect.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact ByBusi as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, your order number and other relevant information so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
